Each and everyone one of us is facing unprecedented times as we deal with the unfolding and ever-changing Coronavirus situation. Now is the time for us to safeguard the health and wellbeing of all our families.
We have been monitoring the situation daily and after careful consideration we have decided that as of 5.30pm today, Wednesday 25th March, Friars Pride will close temporarily until the country has started to win its battle against COVID-19.
This decision has not been taking lightly, but as we have a responsibility and duty of care to our staff, customers and suppliers, orders and deliveries will be suspended until further notice. The situation will continue to be monitored closely and we will endeavour to reopen the business as soon as it is safe to do so.
As a family run business for more than 40 years, we will continue to supply the fish and chip industry, which we are so passionate about. This is just a pause, and we will bounce back stronger together.
We would like to thank you for your continued support and business throughout this time. We will keep you updated via our website and across our social media channels, but in the meantime, please stay at home with your families and keep yourselves safe and well.
